Terms of Service

Be Back Soon Shop is operated by Be Back Soon Shop LLC. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and your purchases from us. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf, to buy from us or use the site.

We sell original and small-batch work across several mediums — hand-painted and printed clothing and accessories, one-of-one original paintings, and digital art, plus custom commissioned work. Because much of it is made or finished by hand:

• Each piece is unique — small variations in color, texture, and finish are part of the work, not defects.
• Product images and screen colors are shown as accurately as we can, but may differ slightly from the item you receive.
• One-of-one originals are single-quantity — once sold, they’re gone.

All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). We may correct pricing or description errors, and we may refuse or cancel any order — including after it’s placed — for reasons such as item availability, suspected fraud, or an error. If we cancel an order you already paid for, we’ll refund you in full. Applicable taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.

Payments are processed securely through our hosted checkout provider. By placing an order you represent that you’re authorized to use the payment method provided.

Shipping timelines, returns, exchanges, and refunds are covered in our Shipping & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it before ordering — some categories (original paintings, digital art, and custom work) are final sale.

Commissioned and custom pieces are made specifically for you, so they carry their own terms:

• A 50% deposit is required to begin, with the remaining balance due before the finished piece ships or is delivered.
• The deposit is non-refundable — it reserves the studio’s time and covers materials and work begun on your behalf.
• We’ll agree on a brief before starting; the price includes up to two rounds of minor revisions. Additional changes or a change of direction may be quoted separately.
• Timelines are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. We’ll keep you updated.
• Finished commissioned pieces are final sale (non-refundable), as they’re made to your specification.
• If we’re unable to complete your commission, we’ll refund what you’ve paid, including the deposit.

All artwork, designs, images, and content on this site are owned by Be Back Soon Shop LLC or the artist and are protected by copyright and other laws. When you buy a piece:

• You own the physical item you purchased, for your personal use.
• For digital art, you receive a personal, non-commercial license to view and print for your own use.
• For commissioned work, you receive the physical (or digital) piece for personal use; the studio retains copyright and reproduction rights.
• You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, or use any work commercially without our written permission.

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, scrape or copy content, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend access for anyone who does.

The site may link to third-party sites or services (for example, our Instagram). We’re not responsible for their content or practices, and their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them.

The site and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We don’t warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Be Back Soon Shop LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to it.

You agree to indemnify and hold Be Back Soon Shop LLC harmless from any claims or expenses arising out of your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. If a dispute arises, let’s try to resolve it informally first — email hello@bebacksoonshop.com. Any dispute that can’t be resolved that way will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the current version. By continuing to use the site after changes, you accept the updated Terms.
