Common questions.
How long does a Custom Work brief take?
It depends on the canvas — a hand-painted jacket typically runs 2–4 weeks, a large original 6–10 weeks. The studio confirms a timeline in its reply once your brief is read.
How does payment + shipping work?
A 50% deposit reserves the slot; the remainder is due at delivery. Shipping is calculated at that point and paid separately — insured tracked service for wearables, crated freight for large originals.
What if the finished piece is not what I imagined?
You get a sketch or reference mock-up before the final starts. Adjustments are welcome at that stage. Once painting begins the piece is committed — that's the nature of custom hand-work.
